Parental Involvement in Our School!

At Derriaghy Primary School we pride ourselves on our strong links with parents.

In this photograph parents were helping to prepare the wall hanging for our new entrance. This 'Circle of Hands' mural symbolises our strong link with the local community.

On Wednesday 23rd March 2005 we held a Technology Challenge at our school. Each team of 3 people had to design and build a bridge that would hold the most bricks in an allocated time. This evening was thoroughly enjoyed by all!

In the run up to Christmas 2004 Mrs Jennings held a Parents Craft Class, they made lots of nice christmas decorations.
